Practice 01_THE PARAGRAPH

Hello miss good evening, hello everyone

In this week of classes in the second registration we have received our first practice, we saw about the paragraph.

We learned the importance that editing and revision is a way in which we can show the change that was given to our composition and the way in which we have to publish our final composition.

We receive two topics one is Good nutrition and the other is about Hiking.

This is my composition on both topics.

GOOD NUTRITION

Good nutrition (a sufficient and balanced diet combined with regular physical exercise) is a fundamental element of good health. On the contrary, poor nutrition can reduce immunity, increase vulnerability to disease, impair physical and mental development, and reduce productivity.


Otherwise, bad nutrition, in any of its forms (both undernutrition and overeating and being overweight), carries health risks such as vitamin and mineral deficiencies, infant deaths, prevents healthy development and affects productivity throughout life. What we eat not only provides us with energy to face our daily lives, but it is a great source of health and well-being that allows us to grow and develop, and greatly influences the way in which our body will age. For that reason, it is important to have a healthy diet, as well as a proper lifestyle. 


By generalizing what it is to talk about good nutrition, we mean that healthy eating is one that provides the nutrients that the body needs to maintain the proper functioning of the organism, preserve or restore health, minimize the risk of disease, guarantee reproduction, gestation, lactation, development and adequate growth. To achieve this, daily consumption of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, milk, meat, poultry and fish and vegetable oil in adequate and varied amounts is necessary. If we do it like this, we are saying that we have a healthy diet. 


HIKING

Hiking is a sports activity that takes place in the natural environment. It consists of walking along trails, paths, forests, beech forests, mountains, in order to discover the natural heritage, contemplate views and panoramic views. While enjoying the practice of physical exercise in Nature. 


Hiking makes you feel much calmer, more sociable, and you will tend to relativize many of the problems and situations in your life, because in the immensity of Nature, we realize our true position in the world. 


The continued practice of Hiking special care must be taken to do so in complete safety. It is important to be aware of our limitations, and to know what we can and cannot do. For example, if we usually always take the car or motorcycle to make any trip, and we are not used to walking, we will have to start with simple walks or excursions for beginner walkers. You will also be surprised by your reactions to simple contact with Nature. Surely you will feel much calmer, more sociable, and you will tend to relativize many of the problems and situations in your life, because in the immensity of Nature, we realize our true position in the world.
